The Driver page allows you to add, view or manage drivers.

Adding a New Driver #

To add a new driver you can click on the “Create” button.

When creating a new driver you will be able to fill in the following details.

  • Gallery for the driver’s photos
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Nick Name
  • Driver Identification
  • Drivers License
  • Drivers License Endorsements
  • DL Expire Date
  • Driver Email
  • Driver Phone
  • Gender
  • Employee Number
  • Dot Medical Card Issue Date
  • Dot Medical Card Expire Date
  • Scheduled Driver Drug Screen
  • Drug Score
  • Driver Type
  • Work Status
  • Team Driver
  • Solo Driver
  • Domicile Terminal
  • Violation Tickets
  • Assigned Division
  • Driver Pay
  • Driver Notes
