Step-by-step
- 1Open the sidebar → Outbound → Shipments and open any shipment.
- 2Scroll to the Visibility timeline to see every milestone, GPS ping, and gap alert in order.
- 3Look for visibility-gap events — they flag shipments that stopped reporting for 4+ hours.
- 4The hourly sync runs automatically; no manual refresh is needed for in-transit shipments.
- 5Toggle the Shipment visibility sync off (or on) on the Automation page if you want manual control.
