How to get there

- Post an RFQ from a shipment with origin, destination, commodity, and equipment
- Collect quotes from TMSDASH carriers and brokers, plus external name-only carriers
- Each quote shows provider safety grade, rating, and account-type badge
- Award a quote to auto-create a Load in the provider's workspace (carrier = assigned, broker = new, external = tendered via portal)
- Awarded RFQs link the Shipment to the Load for reverse status sync
- RFQ status tracking: open → awarded, with per-quote submitted/awarded/declined states
Step-by-step
- 1Open the sidebar → Outbound → RFQ Marketplace.
- 2Click New RFQ and pick a shipment, or create one from scratch with origin, destination, and equipment.
- 3Publish the RFQ — TMSDASH carriers and brokers can discover and quote it.
- 4Open an RFQ to review quotes side by side: rate, transit days, safety grade, and provider type badge.
- 5Click Award on the best quote — a Load is created in the provider's workspace and your Shipment links to it.
- 6Track the Shipment as it mirrors the Load's status automatically.
