A centralized messaging hub for every conversation across your operation — load-scoped threads and direct messages to drivers, staff, customers, and carrier vendors — with live delivery and unread counts.
A shared, message-style notes thread on every load. Drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and shippers all post into the same conversation right from their own view — the driver sees it in the driver portal load detail, and dispatch/broker see it on the in-app Load Detail page. Each note is labeled with the author name and role (Driver, Dispatch, Broker, Shipper, Customer), with your own notes right-aligned like a chat thread.
The driver-side messaging view. Drivers chat with dispatch and office staff inside load threads or direct messages, with unread badges in the bottom navigation.
Full-TMS members can message any carrier directly from the FMCSA Motor Carrier List directory or the in-app Carrier Directory. A compose modal opens with the carrier's details pre-filled; on send, the message is saved to the CRM timeline, the carrier is upserted as a CarrierVendor and Customer, and the message delivers via in-app, email, and SMS. Plan-gated to full-TMS editions.
