What happens when an RFQ is awarded?

The RFQ-to-Load bridge creates a dispatchable Load in the winning provider’s workspace — directly for carriers, ready-to-dispatch for brokers — and cross-links it to the shipper’s shipment record.

How does the reverse status cascade work?

When the carrier Load changes status (dispatched, in-transit, delivered), the linked shipper shipment mirrors it automatically and notifies the shipper in-app and by email.

Can I search external load boards too?
