Step-by-step
- 1Open the sidebar → Operations → Fleet.
- 2Use the search bar to find a vehicle.
- 3Click New Vehicle to add one — enter unit number, make, model, year, type, and capacity.
- 4Set status and record mileage, fuel level, and maintenance dates.
- 5Switch to the maintenance calendar view to see upcoming service dates.
- 6Use the edit/delete icons on any card to update or remove a vehicle.
