- Message any carrier from the public Motor Carrier List or in-app Carrier Directory
- Compose modal pre-fills carrier name, USDOT, MC, email, and phone
- On send, the carrier is upserted as a CarrierVendor and Customer (CRM)
- A carrier_message_sent activity is logged to the CRM timeline
- Multi-channel delivery: in-app message, email, and SMS (when Twilio is configured)
- A DM thread is created in Messages for ongoing conversation
- Plan-gated to full-TMS editions (CarrierTMS, BrokerTMS)
Step-by-step
- 1Open /motorcarrierlist and search for a carrier, or open the in-app Carrier Directory.
- 2On the carrier detail page (or carrier card), click Message.
- 3Review the pre-filled carrier details and compose your message.
- 4Click Send — the carrier is saved to your CRM, the message is logged, and a DM thread opens in Messages.
- 5Continue the conversation from the Messages page; the carrier receives the message in-app, by email, and by SMS.
