Key features

  • Per-driver default pay config — set percent, per-mile, hourly, or flat and a rate on each driver; loads inherit it automatically
  • Per-load overrides — set a one-off pay method and rate on any load to deviate from the driver default
  • Hourly pay uses clock-in/out duration from load time entries, with a manual-hours fallback when no entries exist
  • Set a global compensation method and rate for the report, plus the pay-period date range
  • Per-driver earnings breakdown with totals
  • Export a formatted payroll report as PDF

Step-by-step

  1. 1Open the sidebar → Operations → Drivers, then open the Earnings tab.
  2. 2Set a global compensation method and rate, or rely on the per-driver default pay config.
  3. 3Choose the pay-period date range.
  4. 4Review the summary cards and per-driver table — each row shows the configured method and rate used.
  5. 5Click Export PDF to download the payroll report.
