Driver Portal Fuel & Expenses — receipt logging

Overview

Drivers log fuel purchases and trip expenses (tolls, meals, maintenance, other), link them to loads, upload receipts, and see running spend totals.

How to get there

Key features

• Log fuel (gallons, price/gallon, odometer) or other expenses by category
• Link each entry to a load
• Upload a receipt photo
• AI receipt scanning — snap a receipt and the vision model fills in gallons, price, total, and odometer
• Spending summaries: total, fuel, and other

Step-by-step

1. 1Open the Fuel tab in the driver portal.
2. 2Tap New Entry — choose fuel or expense, enter the amount.
3. 3For fuel, add gallons, price/gallon, and odometer; for expenses, pick a category.
4. 4Link the entry to a load and attach a receipt photo.
5. 5Tap Scan to let AI extract gallons, price, total, and odometer from the receipt.
6. 6Review your running totals and edit any past entry.
